About the restaurant
A restaurant
made to be enjoyed
Brasserie Atelier is a small, independent Belgian brasserie: quality food, thoughtful presentation and friendly service, in a setting that's relaxed enough for a Tuesday lunch and warm enough for a proper celebration. You don't need a special occasion to come — though it's a lovely place for one.
The people behind it
Ania & Guy Franckx
Brasserie Atelier is run personally by Ania and Guy Franckx. It's their name above the door, and it shows in the way the place is looked after — from the welcome at the table to the care that goes into each plate.
Running a restaurant hands-on means the details don't slip: the mussels done properly, the croquettes crisp, the room set the way they'd want it themselves. Guests are treated as guests, not covers — and that's the whole idea.
